Data we process and why

When you buy photos we process your email address and the order contents (purchased photos and amount) for the sole purpose of delivering your photos and meeting our legal obligations on the contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR). Payments are handled entirely by Stripe: we never see or store your card details.

We do not use your email for marketing and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Service providers (data processors)

We rely on: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Neon (database) and Cloudflare (website hosting and photo storage). Some providers operate in the United States: transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Order data is kept for as long as tax and accounting obligations require. You can ask us to delete any data not subject to those obligations at any time by writing to the contact above.

People appearing in the photographs

The photographs on sale portray participants of public events, photographed in agreement with the event organizer. If you appear in a photo and want it removed from the site, write to gaglielfoluca@gmail.com mentioning the event and the photo: we will remove it as soon as possible.

Cookies and similar tools

This site only uses technical tools: a session cookie for the photographer's login to the admin area and the browser's local storage to remember your photo selection. We use no profiling cookies and no analytics, which is why there is no consent banner.

Videos are loaded from YouTube only when you start them with a click: until then no data is sent to Google. When you play a video, Google's policies apply.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data (arts. 15-22 GDPR), and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. To exercise them, write to gaglielfoluca@gmail.com.
