Subject

This site sells high-resolution digital photographs taken at events. Prices shown next to each gallery are in euros, VAT included where applicable.

Delivery

After payment you receive a personal download link by email for the original files. The link stays valid for 30 days and you can download your photos as many times as you want within that period. If the link expires, write to gaglielfoluca@gmail.com to receive a new one at no extra cost.

Right of withdrawal

Photographs are digital content supplied immediately after purchase. By completing the payment you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge losing the right of withdrawal, as provided by art. 59(o) of the Italian Consumer Code (transposing Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m)).

If a delivered file is defective or does not match your purchase, contact us: we will replace it or refund you.

Use of the photographs

Your purchase grants a personal-use license. Reselling or commercial use is not allowed without a written agreement with the photographer, who retains copyright.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the courts of their place of residence remain competent.
